Delivery

The majority of our domestic shipping is done using Interlink Express for UK and European destinations and FedEx for international destinations. Once your order has been processed a tracking number will be produced which we will pass on to you.

Both Interlink Express and FedEx require a signature for a successful delivery so please make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for your package. (Or get it delivered to work)

In some cases where a courer delivery is not a suitable option we may use other couriers or similar postal services - we will do this automatically so that there is not a lengthy delay between placing your order and shipping your order.

The delivery times stated on our delivery options page are the time taken for your order to be delivered once it has left our premises and not the time taken to handle your order. If you are selecting the 24 hour option, and your order has been completed before 10:15am there is a very high chance your order will arrive the next day. If your order is not completed before 10:15am, we are unable to guarantee your order will arrive the next day.
