Ordering
Ordering from our site is simple - just browse our site adding the products you would like to buy to the cart and then press 'Checkout' to complete your purchase.

Product Availability
Although we try and keep the stock 100% correct 100% of the time, mistakes can happen and if once your order has been completed we find that we do not have the stock to complete it, we will get in touch with you and offer an alternative, if no alternative is available we can then offer a refund on the goods not available.

'My Account'
You'll be asked for some basic information that is required for us to complete your order. This is the only secure way we are able to process your order. Your details are stored securely and are not passed on to any third party.From your account you can view and manage your orders, view, edit and add new addresses or your personal information, you can also view any vouchers you have. There are options in your account, in the personal information section where you can change your newsletter and contact settings.

Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation of your order which is also sent to us. This does not mean a contract exists between us.
We have included this to protect us in the event that an item has been incorrectly described, priced, information is incorrect or we are unable to supply the goods for any reason. If in the case of an item being incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to contact you and inform you of the price increase or decrease, you can then decide to proceed with your order and the amendments or cancel your order. 
In the event of an item being out of stock or unable to be supplied we also reserve the right to cancel your order and contact you accordingly with this reason. 

Shipping & Handling
Once your order has been confirmed and accepted, we will then ship your order using the desired method. In some cases the option you have selected may not be suitable when shipping your order, this may be because of weight, the address, or courier disruptions on the day. If this occurs we will send your order using an alternative courier or postal option. There is usually no delay in processing orders once they have been accepted and orders are shipped within the day although orders may have to be handled the day after they have been received.

Please Note: Courier Cut-off time for Domestic Shipments are 10:15am Monday - Friday

Any order received before this time can be processed and passed for delivery within the day.
Any orders received after this time are processed on the same day, but passed for delivery the next working day.
Any order received over the weekend are processed as a priority on Monday morning and passed for delivery on Monday.

If you have selected the 24 hour delivery option, you will need to complete your order BEFORE 10:15am for it to be processed that day.

Please Note: 24 Hour Delivery means that it is sent on a 24 hour service and will be delivered within a day of despatch from our warehouse and not from when you have placed your order. In busy periods we may experience delays in processing orders and it may not leave the same day. We try our hardest to avoid this, but in some cases it is unavoidable and any orders that are not despatched during that day are usually despatched the next working day.

Tracking numbers are produced for all courier shipments and are updated on your account 'Orders' page once generated. (There is also a direct tracking link).

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them within 7 days of the delivery date.
We can only accept goods that are in an unworn, unused condition with all tags still present. We also cannot accept goods if they have been in areas where pet hair or cigarette has been present.
It is your (the buyer's) responsibility to take good care of the goods until you are completly happy and also the costs involved returning them to us. We recommend using a signed for or traced postal service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returned goods.

Please do not return goods without contacting us first.

To start a return, log into your account and find your order in your 'My Orders' page. (Click here) and select your order by clicking on the Order Number. You'll then be scrolled to the bottom of the page where at the very bottom there is a RMA request section.
Please complete this section, making sure to give valid reasons for your return in the box provided. We will then process your return and a RMA slip will be downloadable from the website.
Futher emails will then instruct on how to complete your return.
If a refund is required, we will; once your items are confirmed back into stock, start the refund process. We will process your refund as soon as we are able, but please note that this may take up to 14 days (2 working weeks) from when your items are back into stock due to internal processing.
(Please also note that this does not include the time it takes to re-stock your item).

Descriptions & Images
Although we try to describe the items on our site as best as we can, and show them with images; slight differences are possible especially with images. The colours shown on a computer monitor are not always as exact as the item in real life - this is due to the way different monitors handle colours. Although the difference is slight - please bear this in mind when viewing our website.

You will need to apply the voucher code 'FREEPOST' to your cart to obtain free shipping by either entering it at the shopping cart, or clicking the link below the summary of your items and adding it this way. Any orders not using this code when they check out cannot be refunded for and the code must be used at the time of purchase. This voucher can also only be used for orders being sent to the MAINLAND UK, which unfortunatly due to courier surcharges does not include Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Scotish Highlands or the Scotish Islands, Or the Isle of Man or Isle of Wight. The shipping method shown at the time of ordering may not be the shipping method that is actually used when your order is sent, but we will advise you of this upon shipping your order.
